Parshuram Bhoomi Temple
Established in 16 November 2010, The ancient Shree Bhargavram (Parshuram) temple is located amidst a group of five temples between Ade and Kelshi. A short climb of about 10 – 15 minutes via stone steps brings one to this magnificent temple complex. The architecture is from the regime of the Peshwa. One cannot miss a unique and an uncommon facet of these temples – all of them are facing east! Along with the main temple of Shree Bhargavram, this complex also houses the temples of Lord Shiva temple, Goddess Renuka, Lord Hanuman, Lord Ganesh, Lord Vetal and Lord Shani. Ade is one of the two places in Konkan which house a Lord Parshuram temple, the other one being Chiplun.

Suvarnadurg Fort - Ideal for trekking
The sea forts off the coast from Dapoli is the primary attraction during a holiday in Dapoli. A visit to the sea forts is an unique experience which few other beaches in the entire Konkan stretch offer adding one more feather to the crown of Dapoli.

There are two gates in the fort – one from the sea, and the other towards the land. I entered through the sea gate.

Murud, Harnai & Karde Beach
Located on the rugged Konkan coastline, Murud is a small town about 14km from Omkar Holiday Homes.
A long, scenic stretch of a beach with swaying palms and a beautiful, ancient Durga Devi temple are its primary attractions. The beaches here are connected, stretching from Hanai to Murud to Karde beach. It is also known as Murud - Harnai.

Kadyavarcha Ganpati Temple
This ganesh temple is on hill near Anjarle village Surrounding area is naturally beautiful. The temple is very attractive. One can see sea from Harne to Utamber, seashore, and Anjarle village hidden in coconut and betel nut trees, and Anjarle creek on other side.

Red Sand Beach - Ladghar (Tamas Teertha)
The Ladghar beach is also known as "Tamas Teertha" as some part of the sea appears to be red in colour. This beach has religious value and the bathing here is a big attraction. Also, it's a great spot for swimming, either in the sea or in the adjacent area where a river empties into the sea.

If you are lucky to get here in the evening, experience the red shade of waves backed with the orange tone of the sunset.

Dabhol Dhopave jetty ride to Guhagar Beach
Dabhol-Dhopave jetty service connects Guhagar to Dabhol. It is the nearest way to reach Dapoli from Guhagar. Dabhol-Dhopave journey lasts for about 20 minutes across the Vashishti river. The ferry boat carries cars, two wheelers, etc. along with passengers across the river. Vashishthi river which flows from Chiplun, joins the sea at Dabhol, forming Dabhol creek.
